Starrett-Lehigh is set to become The City’s next go-to dining destination, serving up everything from quick bites to fine meals created by world renowned chefs and up-and-comers alike.
13,000 square feet in the base of the building will open in Spring 2022 as a food hall and marketplace operated by Chicago-based hospitality collective, 16” on Center.
The concept will bring together 14 local food, beverage and lifestyle vendors including a coffee bar and speakeasy paired with creative & engaging programming.
MARCUS SAMUELSSON RESTAURANT
Award-Winning Chef and Restauranter Marcus Samuelsson will transform 5,000 square feet of space into a new restaurant and culinary concept located on the corner of 26th Street and 11th Avenue.
The space will have an outdoor and an interior entrance making the culinary experience available to office tenants and patrons alike.
Marcus Samuelsson is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, TV personality, philanthropist and author of several cookbooks including The Rise: Black Cooks and the Soul of American Food.
